We have set-up an exhibition style stand on-site to engage with employees regarding our ‘Women@Safran’ initative, which focuses on attracting, retaining and devloping female professional talent.
The stand has an number of resources to support females from all departments in the workplace, such as Alta Mentoring and WES.
Also, employees are able to get involved in our INWED quiz to win a prize and have all recieved a communications directly from our CEO and Engineering VP expressing their committment to the stratgey.
