Friday 23rd June 2:00pm – 2:45pm UK Time (9am EST)

Join us live from the Eureka! Science and Discovery Centre on the banks of the River Mersey in the Liverpool City Region, UK, for INWED Live! – an interactive Q&A with a panel of inspirational female engineers celebrating International Women in Engineering Day!

Curriculum Focus: Topics will range from careers, sustainability, engineering, design and technology, you can decide by getting involved and sending in your questions!

Learning Objectives: To inspire the next generation of female engineers through thought-provoking discussion and a Question & Answer panel.

Presented by Lella Violet Halloum, Digital Change-maker and Power of Youth Champion, global United Nations & IBM speaker, thought leader, and advocate for young people.

Lella will introduce your children to our amazing panel of guests, and will use the live Slido app to see your questions coming in, in real-time.

Our expert panel will take it in turns to answer as many of your questions as possible, as well as engage in conversation about their experiences and what advice they have for young aspiring female engineers.

Questions And Answers: Our expert speakers will join us both in the studio and virtually to answer your students’ questions LIVE!

If your child or class wants to ask our guests a STAR QUESTION, simply submit a video of them asking it on social media, and tag @STEMLiveLessons (on twitter or facebook) for a chance to have your question put to the panel!

Remember: Don’t forget to share your photos with us on Twitter using the hashtags #STEMLive & #LiveLessons
