At WES, we’re hard at work ensuring that this year INWED has the greatest impact yet. If you know what you’re going to do already, then feel free to share with us. If you’d like to have a chat to share ideas and formulate a plan, let’s set up a time to discuss about becoming a Media Partner. If this is something you would like to hear more about, then please contact comms@wes.org.uk for more information.
‘The Air League inspires, enables, and supports the next generation of aviation, aerospace, and space professionals from all backgrounds. By bridging the gap between education and industry the Air League impacts communities across the United Kingdom.
Through its programmes and projects, the Air League increases social mobility, breaks down the perceived barriers and acts as a catalyst to spark the inspiration and realisation that opportunities and possibilities are accessible to anyone.
Each year, thousands of individuals around the UK benefit from Air League support, including disadvantaged youngsters and wounded and injured servicemen and women. Equally important is ensuring this next generation of aviation and aerospace leaders are at the forefront of developing greener and more sustainable technologies.’

The Tech Talent Charter (TTC) is a non-profit organisation leading a movement to address inequality in the UK tech sector and drive inclusion and diversity in a practical and uniquely measurable way. Our ultimate goal: that the UK tech sector becomes truly inclusive and a reflection of the society which it represents. We work at scale, addressing the tech ecosystem as a whole to drive change. We focus on the how, not just the why of inclusion and we bring communities together and support the underrepresented. We have over 620 Signatories of the Charter. Each of these organisations has made a number of pledges in relation to their approach to recruitment and retention. Although it is very much an employer-led initiative, the TTC is supported by the UK Government’s Digital Strategy.
We are an independent, UK based charity working to address the skills gap in electronics through raising awareness, promoting interest in young people, supporting the development of those who choose electronics, and building relationships to ensure a thriving sector.
This can only be achieved by working collaboratively, and to date, we have worked with more than 75 employers from across the industry, 28 of the UK’s leading universities, and over 800 schools.
